1. The Bones of Our Policy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In their original, unworn condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging (our protective spells work best this way)

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

Through our dark divinations (and analysis of our product offerings), we’ve determined these unholy items are non-returnable:

  • Elvira’s Dead Stock (these vintage pieces are truly one-of-a-kind)
  • Enamel Pins & Buttons (once removed from their packaging, they lose their protective charms)
  • Compact Mirrors (we can’t risk them being used for dark magic against us)
  • Any sale items marked “Final Sale” (the spirits have spoken)

2. The Ritual of Returns & Exchanges

Follow these steps to complete your return or exchange:

  1. Summon our coven by emailing [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange
  2. Await our response (typically within 24-48 hours, though may be delayed during full moons)
  3. Once approved, package your items securely (we recommend protective sigils)
  4. Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number
  5. Ship to our haunted address (return shipping is at your expense):

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your funds will return via the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items once the return is processed (standard shipping rates apply)

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
