How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items displayed in our crypt are currently available unless marked as “sold out.” Our gothic seamstresses work tirelessly to restock popular items during full moons.
Are your products officially licensed?
Absolutely! Our Elvira collections and other licensed horror merchandise are fully authorized by their respective dark overlords.
Do you offer plus sizes?

- Free Phantom Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after processing
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally, though some remote locations (particularly in Asia) may experience slightly longer delivery times or additional customs rituals.

Once prepared by our gothic seamstresses, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This magical sigil allows you to follow your package’s journey from our haunted warehouse to your domain.
What if my package gets lost?

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to return items that fail to meet your dark standards. Items must be in original cursed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our ghouls at [email protected] to begin the return incantation. Include your order number and photos of the item(s) you wish to return.
Are there items that can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items like hair accessories and hats cannot be returned unless defective. Enamel pins and other collectibles must be returned in their original packaging.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The original payment method will be credited – no blood sacrifices required.
